Should I go for BBA to SMU or Madurai Kamraj ?

I am planning to do my BBA by long distance/correspondence education and not sure what to decide between Sikkim-Manipal University and Madurai Kamraj Uni (IGNOU). Please suggest me which one would be a better option and why.
