Should i go for btech+mtech in nanotech or btech in electronics or any non-nano field and mtech in nanotech (safe option for jobs) ?

I am from maharashtra and just given the +2 exams. I want to make my career in nanotechnology but i m a bit confused. Btech + Mtech in nanotch or Btech from electronics and Mtech in nanotech ? Which is the most safe option from jobs point of view ? Scope for nanotech in India ?

At present there are more opportunities abroad for nanotechnologists than in our country though our universities have now begun to offer such courses.
