Should I go for CA or in automobile sector? I am currently in 12th and I am interested in automobile field.
My relatives are suggesting me to go for CA.

I suggest you to take course in which you are interested. Never do work in which you don't have interest. You may end up being regretting about your decisions. So, just get sure of what you want to do.

If you enjoy your work, you will definitely succeed. Automobile engineering has good scope. you can surely try and attempt for it.
