Should I go for computer science and engineering or computer engineer? What is the benefit if I go for computer science and engineering?

Since computer science and engineering consist of both computer science & computer engineering but I think that why should I learn both of them which is in cse as I am going to work on one particular field why should i read computer science &engineering both or why shouldnt I? Some suggestion please
