Should I go for CS in IIIT Pune/IIIT Nagpur considering these colleges are just 2-3 years old but have good mentor universities?
I am doubtful about placements in these colleges.

I'll prefer you opt for COEP if you are getting it. Otherwise, go for the IIIT Pune as mainly all the companies have there headquarters or the branch offices in Pune. So, you won't face any problem in getting internships or the job.
