Should I go for CS or do MBA? My parents are insisting me for MBA after my B.Com. I have cleared CPT.

CS is good and provides lucrative job than MBA since Companies Act 2013 has opened up a lot of opportunities for CS professional. However, do CS only if you are really bright and very hard working student. MBA is also helpful if you do it from a good institute.

The decision would depend on your career aspirations & interest areas. CS is a highly specialised professional course which will give you an opportunity to work as a Company Secretary in an Ltd company or also set up your independent Practice. Whereas MBA is a generalist program with more career opt
