Selection of branch is totally your concern as it depends on your interest but for selection of university I must suggest to go for LPU as the engineering department is very good as per my knowledge. Even placements are very good over the years.

For B.Tech CSE you can go for LPU, as it provides quality education as well as placements also. University provides with enough opportunities to each and every student and it's up to the students to grab it.
