    If you really want to do Diploma after B.Com then PGDM in international management will be great as it will give you a number of opportunities but try doing it from a very reputed company.

    If you have a specific industry in mind, in your case, event management, it is suggested that you go for a vocational course which educates and trains you specifically for the vocation that you want to go for. You need to search for a course that specifically trains you on event management. It could be either degree or Diploma does't matter. The most important think to look for is that they provide you with practical exposure of the industry, the teachers are not academic but industry-experienced and that education is not theory and exam focused but experiences focused.
