I have 2-years of work experience and I want to pursue a PG degree in HR.

The Executive MBA is meant for business professionals who wish to refine their skills and take on leadership or entrepreneurial roles.
A distance MBA program gives you the basic knowledge and skills required to be a leader and make progress within your organisation.
The best part about these two courses is, they give you a great impetus to excel in your domain, as a distance learning program gives you the time required to work while you study and an Executive MBA betters your skills to rise n be the best at your workplace.
Hope this helps!
