In my opinion, if you complete your post-graduation course or Ph.D. after your under-graduation course, then it will be more beneficial rather than opting job directly after completing your UG course. Job just after UG in pharma field does not open many job opportunities but after PG or Ph.D. you are open to many more options.

That for the same depends on you. After B.Pharma you can apply for Drug Inspector and Pharmacist government Jobs exams. B.Pharma graduates are also eligible for SSC UPSC State PSC and bank jobs etc. Like other graduates. LPU focuses on the overall growth of the students. It depends on your interest. But you should go for higher studies and emphasize your pharma knowledge.

Both options of job or higher education are equally good options after B.Pharma. If you are technically oriented and want to specialise then M.Pharma is very good option. If you want to switch stream, you can do MBA else job also is good option if your personal conditions demand. My personal recommendation is higher studies unless you have pressing personal reasons to go for job.
