Should I go for general B.Sc or do engineering in chemistry? I have done my 12th with 987 marks.

I belong to a middle class family and I am currently preparing for EAMCET. I am interested in chemistry and I want to do a government job in future.

First of all, you should choose your passion what you love to do. If you have interest in technology and engineering, then choose B.Sc Engineering. If not or if you only want graduation for government jobs, then choose general B.Sc and prepare for UPSC exams.
