If you're looking at placements and career growth, I'd say Finance at PIBM is usually better than HRM. Many students at PIBM get placed by the 3rd semester itself, and the recruiters are from diverse sectors like consulting, finance, IT, and FMCG. Compared to RIIM, PIBM gives earlier opportunities and broader exposure, so it can be more practical if your main focus is starting your career strong.

RIIM is always good in terms of ROI.
They have course like MBA+EMP with fees of 5.40L
    MBA+EMP+MDP with fees of 6.48L
    PGDM Fees is 6.75 L
Placements are almost same in both the college as it depends on student's ability. RIIM having less fees but providing you exposures to IIMS and different certificates which will boost your skill set.
they have a good package and hence have a great opportunity to students

Both colleges are at the same level. It totally depends on students what exactly you are looking for. There are various factors which we can discuss. The most important is Placement and ROI. As the fees of RIIM is less as compared to PIBM. Placements are almost same in both the college as it depends on student's ability. RIIM having less fees but providing you exposures to IIMS and different certificates which will boost your skill set. RIIM is located inside the Pune city and PIBM is located outskirts. Average package of RIIM IS 5-6 lacs which gives you great ROI when compared to fees.

The ROI and value for money of a PGDM from PIBM Pune are very good, especially for students looking for strong placements at a reasonable cost. With the highest package reaching ₹26 LPA, an average of ₹10 LPA, and a median salary of ₹8 LPA, the outcomes are impressive for a mid-tier B-school. Considering the moderate fees, strong corporate exposure, and consistent placement support, PIBM is definitely a programme you can consider if you want good returns and solid career opportunities.
