If you are confident enough to crack JEE, then you can go for 2nd attempt. If you have missed by a small margin to get into top 10000 rank. If you get rank under 10000, good chance of getting into IITs or NITs/IIITs. Also, a 2 year gap in education will be questionable going forward during job inter
