Should I go for law this year only or try again & continue with graduation as my years won't be lost?

You undoubtedly have a good score.Doing B.Com and then law is a perfect combination.I don't think wasting one year that you have already spend pursuing graduation would be a good option.You can enrol for LLB and you need to be a graduate for that

That is a really good score.Try for adm. in the top 5, in case you don't get a good college try again for CLAT, just one more year & continue your graduation
