Should I go for LPU for CSE or go for any other college as I have heard a lot of rumors about it? But LPU has a good placement record.

Lovely professional University is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. Number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. It focuses on the basic elements of computer programming and networking. I am saying this because I had completed same course from Lovely Professional University, Reviews are pretty good. Well, the study of CSE in LPU is very good. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Professors are easily approachable in the college and are well experienced. Hello Sakshi, I agree that word of mouth is important but you should not trust those people who are just trying to spread the rumors but actually these people could be paid and not really aware of LPU. There are more than 200 programmes to choose and with a great infrastructure LPU provides all the facilities within the campus itself. You should definitely go for LPU for your higher studies. Rumors are meant to be rumors. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognition and accreditation down the lane and mark itself amongst the few of the top private universities. Even the placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is recognised by many outer agencies for its placement records. So, I would prefer you to choose LPU to pursue your higher studies. All the best.
