Should I go for M.Sc (IT) from a reputed college or should I wait for the next year entrance? How are the placements after pursuing M.Sc?

I did B.Sc (IT) form NIIT institute. I have wasted 1 year to do MBA as I missed entrance in TY but now I have given CAT, MAT and MHCET. I couldn't score good marks to take admission in top colleges.
