Should I go for Masters? If so, what specialisation?

I completed B.Sc in Hotel mgmt from IHM, Chennai in 2007. I started my career with McD as a Management Trainee and had to switch to a BPO job for better salary within 2 months. Dell- 23 months- Tech support exe, CSS corp-15 months as Sr. TSE, TCS -5 yrs- Sr.TSE- Helpdesk and now MIS & Reporting.

Hi, Going for a PG course is always a good option to upgrade your knowledge and skills. In regards to specialisation, that is something you should do based on your strengths and not based on the views of others.
