it is very complicated question, you can not ask to anyone. it depends on your personal intrest. your field will change after MBA. if you are intrested in tgechnology or you like innnovation then please go for MTECh. MBA is different thing then B.tech ot M.tech.

Yes currently there is good scope of job in BTech + MBA stream..

After completing B.Tech you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.Tech and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
