Should I go for MBA? If yes then kindly suggest some good colleges for the same.
I have learnt Spanish language privately and did my B.Com from School of Open Learning , DU.

Your question isn't very specific, there are many good colleges but it matters on your score and percentile in entrance exams. Appear for entrance exams like CAT, CMAT, SNAP, XAT and then based on your percentile you can narrow down the search. To answer your question all IIMs, Symbiosis, XLRI, SP Jain, TAP MI, BITS Pilani and Welingkar are some good colleges.
