Should i go for MBA in Information technology ? What are the benefits ?
I have completed my B-tech degree with IT Branch and working as software developer.

Being a technical person if you get some more certifications according to your domain that will be more beneficial rather than collecting Management Degree. In IT industry IT Manager must be a technically sound Person not sound with the Managerial skills.

No,There is no need to do IT MBA,If you r fresher then plz concentrate on technology and become expert,do certification related to their technology.After 3-4 years U automatically come in a manegerial level and that time you will be very strong in your area.

Opting to pursue MBA is not required until you are not interested to shift your career in the management stream. If you are keen to pursue education ahead that too with a career aspirations in technical stream, then you can go ahead and prepare for the M.tech exams and take admission
