Should i go for MBA in Information technology ? What are the benefits ?

I have completed my B-tech degree with IT Branch and working as software developer.

Being a technical person if you get some more certifications according to your domain that will be more beneficial rather than collecting Management Degree. In IT industry IT Manager must be a technically sound Person not sound with the Managerial skills.

No,There is no need to do IT MBA,If you r fresher then plz concentrate on technology and become expert,do certification related to their technology.After 3-4 years U automatically come in a manegerial level and that time you will be very strong in your area.
