MBA from a reputed college is always beneficial. Your 3-years of work experience will always give you an edge over other students. There are many companies which offer higher slabs for 3+ year work experience. Just make sure that you put forward your work in such a way that it is relevant to the company.

Yes, it is a very good option. Some people might say that it will take 2-years from now but you must consider the growth you will get after it. Also, make sure that you don't settle down for an average college and try your best to get admission into one of the tier-1 colleges. All the best.
  • With your work experience MBA will definitely add a good value to your career, go for MBA through CAT, SNAP, XAT or some other reputed exams. A good college ensures a good career.
