Should i go for MBA or Mtech after completion of btech in mechanical?

Both options are equally good. If you are planning to build technical career you may go for MTech in subject of your choice. MBA is a general management degree. If you want to be a generalist you may opt for MBA.

After MTech you can have lot of other jobs also such as in R&D, Design etc
