Should ,I go for Mtech or MS ..i am an Avg. Student in my University 62% agg...in B.E mech

Both are nearly same. It depends on your interest. However if you want to go for MS you need to attend some exams like GRE, TOEFL

MS has more value, but you need to clear some exams. Anyway, go for more references and take the further step in your career.
