    See if you want pgdm in marketing then you can join as a fresher but if you want to take hr as your main stream the take work ex and then do pgdm

    You can go for PGDM right now since after getting into education again after two years will be quite difficult and based only on graduation you will not get any Management position. So it make sense to get your Management Degree first and then go for job.
