Should I go to IIT, Bhubaneswar for M.Sc maths or I should drop and try once again for top IIT's?

I got AIR 447 in IIT jam 2017 in maths category OBC.

    JAM is competitive examination and there is no guarantee that you will get IIT of your choice. Therefore, It is recommended that you opt for MSc Maths at IIT Bhubaneswar and can try to appear in JAM again.
