Should I go to LPU or Chandigarh University?

This ecosystem gives immense opportunities for entrepreneurship ! Just for an example the students have started businesses from food, food delivery, transport, online portals, travel agencies, timeshare, app development, graphic designing, electric vehicles, drone development etc. At any given point of time this campus is home to more than 300 startups/businesses by students. But let me buzz you that we have more than 13,000 CCTV installed in the campus so be careful on your moves. 2. Placements: LPU has excelled in the placement records as students are trained with the professional enhancement program classes, where they teach and educate you about the interview skills and etiquettes. Moreover, the university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. 3. Faculty: Every semester, the syllabus is updated. Dear Vijay, I don't know much about the Chandigarh University but being alumni of LPU I can share the details of LPU with you, LPU is spread over 600 acres of campus having 30000+ students and 3500+ faculty and staff. Many students come across the world which makes you feel like you are in a foreign country. LPU offers more than 200+ programmes every year in different fields Good Placement: Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The maximum package availed for the Engineering programme is 42 LPA till now. As far as these colleges are concern, both are good but I would prefer Lovely Professional University. LPU is much better than any other University. It is a UGC recognised and a renowned University and is considered as one among top 5 universities of the country because of its quality education and unbeatable placements, immense on course exposures and a beautiful 600 acres campus to live in with the latest facilities. According to the recent NIRF ranking 2021 LPU is ranked 62nd among all government and Private universities in India. LPU school of Law ranked among the top 25 law institutions in India. Lpu school of pharmacy ranked among the top 25 pharmacy institutions in India. Mittal school of Business ranked among the top 40 Management institution in India. LPU school of Architecture and design ranked among the top 15 architecture institutions in India. LPU Engineering Faculty ranked among the top 65 engineering institutions in India. LPU Engineering school has been ranked 66th among the top Engineering Universities and colleges of India. Engineering Programs at LPU are in the same league as BITS Pilani & many of IITs. Well, both the universities are good. LPUs investment in intellectual capital is way beyond comprehension, extremely qualified and talented! With a research powerhouse of more than 100 post-doctorates and 700 PHDs, LPUs strength is its academic power. Coming to infrastructure, the 1200 acre campus which is equipped with every machinery, equipment, and software required in all is a wonder in itself, just, for example, more than 10 companies have established centers for excellence within the campus with their investment to keep an eye on the abundant talent! The central library is one massive 6 story building with infinite books and a network to produce any title anytime! And this is in addition to many other libraries in all the departments. Industry plays an important part in shaping the careers of students at LPU, from consulting for curriculum to guest lectures, industry interface, internships, consulting projects, establishing centers, providing machinery and equipment, software, certifications and finally immersing the students from campus. Attracting 30000 plus students, 200 international universities, and more than 600 companies from all over the world to its state of the art multicultural campus year after year after year speaks volumes about LPU.

1. The LPU infrastructure is quite vast and enough to support all types of practical like the ones needed for agriculture, physical education etc. The lush lawns are very inviting. 2. LPU has all the necessary accreditation. 3. The faculty is not only experienced but is updated with the latest learning by industry experts in the faculty development programs held at regular intervals. The faculty is academically very helpful too. 3. Industry immersion can be seen as there are seminars and workshops held by the industry experts and the alumni, so that the students can get a fair idea of the market trends 4. The labs are well-equipped with the latest technology. The main library is a nine story building and is well-equipped, besides this there are libraries in each block. 5. Placement preparation starts right from the beginning and the placement and career department is one of the largest and best in India. 6. LPU gives impetus to aid research and offers financial aids too for propelling research. 7. The School of Professional Enhancement gives the necessary analytical, logical skills and soft skills to polish the student to the core to make him placement ready.
