Should I go to LPU or Chandigarh University?

Its easy choice here. As the world shrinks into one global village, only the fittest and larges will survive. It is the scale at which you are taught to think and execute your vision which will matter in the longer run. The biggest specialty of LPU is its SCALE not only of its operations but also scale at which it improves upon itself every passing minute! For an organisation to expand at such a scale in just about 18 years of existence and maintain world class systems in all possible parameters in not ordinary. Everything that happens in LPU is on mega scale, true to its catch phrase Think big The massive world class ecosystem enables to faculty and students access the best and the latest of technologies, journals, books, industry resources, research facilities etc. Which a normal college or university can only dream about. This ecosystem gives immense opportunities for entrepreneurship ! Just for an example the students have started businesses from food, food delivery, transport, online portals, travel agencies, timeshare, app development, graphic designing, electric vehicles, drone development etc. At any given point of time this campus is home to more than 300 startups/businesses by students. Almost every event which university hosts is at mega level, with top dignitaries and thousands of invitees like Indian Science Congress, Transforming education awards, Study Grants awards, Knowledge brainstorm, SQL quiz, Explorica, Convocation Coke studio, Sannidhya, KVS games, One India, One World, Spring flower show. Etc. Are attended by thousands of people from all across the world. There are checks and balances at each and every point to maintain quality at each and every step in every system. As I have brief knowledge about LPU, so I can help you with that. You can compare the same points with the other universities and decide 1. Infrastructure: The University is spread over 600 acres which provides each and every facility to their students inside the campus. Well, considering education, well-equipped labs are designed with the experienced faculty and the lab assistants that make you excel in the study. The faculty members are the student-friendly that you won't regret study in the university. But let me buzz you that we have more than 13,000 CCTV installed in the campus so be careful on your moves. 2. Placements: LPU has excelled in the placement records as students are trained with the professional enhancement program classes, where they teach and educate you about the interview skills and etiquettes. Moreover, the university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. 3. Faculty: Every semester, the syllabus is updated. The faculty members are available all the time of the week so that the student can approach any time of the week. We have lots of experienced faculty members specialized in the certain fields that can help you boost the knowledge, help build up your projects, guide you in your pace of life, any personal or educational issues, etc. 4. Diversity: The University with the most diverse student population. Students from all across the world live in the hostel, which comes closest to being 'a home away from home'. Well, both the universities are good. LPUs investment in intellectual capital is way beyond comprehension, extremely qualified and talented! With a research powerhouse of more than 100 post-doctorates and 700 PHDs, LPUs strength is its academic power. Coming to infrastructure, the 1200 acre campus which is equipped with every machinery, equipment, and software required in all is a wonder in itself, just, for example, more than 10 companies have established centers for excellence within the campus with their investment to keep an eye on the abundant talent! The central library is one massive 6 story building with infinite books and a network to produce any title anytime! And this is in addition to many other libraries in all the departments. Industry plays an important part in shaping the careers of students at LPU, from consulting for curriculum to guest lectures, industry interface, internships, consulting projects, establishing centers, providing machinery and equipment, software, certifications and finally immersing the students from campus. Attracting 30000 plus students, 200 international universities, and more than 600 companies from all over the world to its state of the art multicultural campus year after year after year speaks volumes about LPU.

As far as these colleges are concern, both are good but I would prefer Lovely Professional University. LPU is much better than any other University. The university is really gowing fast and it has always been the first choice of students.</p><p>Almost students dream takin admission here, not because the university is good in curriculum, but also because the univesrsity offers a top-notch quality education, a wider range of specializings and students got to learn a lot practical experience, even as per the change in demand and trends of industry, several workshops, seminars and guest lectures are also organized by the university so that students can interact with expert personalities of market and can learn from them.</p>
