Should I go with IBS, Mumbai for PGPM or give CET/ CAT & opt for AICTE/ UGC approved colleges?

In the recent years, the mentioned college had drastically downsized its operations across India as the organization fared extremely poor across India several dozens of their colleges were either closed down or/ and were sold out which are yet to open their doors again.
