Should I join 2 months of crash course for 2nd NEET this year in Patna institute or should I take admission in Allen Kota achievers classes?

No, I think you have to go to Kotak as it has a better atmosphere for study.

Best in terms of what! As compared to all the institutes which are in Patna for NEET preparation, I would suggest goal institute Buddha Colony branch because it improves tremendously since establishment and shows path to every talented students. Every year, it sets a milestone in terms of everything, like results. Actually I spent almost 3 and half year there in Buddha colony, Patna I see it from close. I am not a medical student but I can differentiate what is good or bad. As per my best of knowledge goal is best till now.

I think you get admission in sarvottam career institute kotak because they have allen EX HOD of all subject.

You should take admission in ALLEN, Kota (Achievers' classes). This will be very beneficial to you. In these classes, they cover approximately all the syllabus and tell you very important facts about how to crack exams, etc. Also, you get a chance to get very high-skilled and experienced faculty members.
