should i join EIT,asmara from career point of view as i have plans to do MBA in a premier college?

i am b tech-2012(mining),NIT Rourkela.I hv got a lectureship offer from EIT,asmara,Eritrea(north east africa)(2 yr contract).i want to do MBA in a premier clg.wheather the 2 yr experience will be useful for getting admission in a premier mba college?should i join that university?
