    Yes, with this rank, you can get IERT-Allahabad via counseling, and your branch will be Industrial & Production engineering. (SHIFT-I). .

    Yes, you may get IERT Allahabad with this rank. But you can try to get better colleges than IERT. Like BIET, Jhansi.
