should i join jbims after engg immmediately or shld i gain experience first

having wrk experience makes it easy t you get into college , mean while you can prepare for cat and if you get good percentile you can get into even better colleges too

Experience is important for two reasons 1. It will help you know your interests better and thereby choose the specialization 2. It enhances your profile and hence chances of admission. IMO, it would be better to gain 2 years of experience and then go for MBA.
