Bachelors of Business Administration as the name suggests is the basic course which can offer you a good job in the HR, marketing consultant etc. The basic core if added with the Masters degree of MBA would definitely give your career the much needed impetus. If you are sitting for placements after BBA 90% of the chances are that you will land a job but the packages that you will be getting there will be somewhere between 1.8 lacs to 3 Lacs which is pretty low if you look ATIT in the longer perspective.
