Should I join MBA or continue my job?
I am an engineering student and have one year experience in telecommunications.

MBA has its perks. You get a higher package at the entry level. You start off with one step up the ladder. But in the end it all boils down to one's interest. Going for an MBA degree with a year of work experience is better.
