Should I learn computer languages or should I learn a foreign language (German) for a good CSE resume?

It is better to learn computer language rather than foreign language if you wants to go for CSE.

Learn programming language rather than foreign language if you are going to do job in India itself. Learn C, C+, Java, C#, Kotlin, JavaScript (scripting language).

It is pretty obvious. You will put Computer language in 'Skills' or 'Academic' section of CSE resume. And, German will go under 'Other Skills' or 'Languages' Section.
