For a good CSE resume you should learn computer language. You will get job on the basis of computer language not on the foreign language. Good luck.

Learn programming language rather than foreign language if you are going to do job in India itself. Learn C, C+, Java, C#, Kotlin, JavaScript (scripting language).

Go for computer languages as they are more beneficial then learning foreign languages and in more demand than learning any other communicating languages.

Learning both languages are totally different. One of them is technical and the other is not. If you are good in Maths and love coding. You should learn computer programming. It will fetch you a good job in MNC. If you are not interested in coding go and learn some foreign language. But again. Learning foreign language is just like hobby or interest. And not skills.

It is pretty obvious. You will put Computer language in 'Skills' or 'Academic' section of CSE resume. And, German will go under 'Other Skills' or 'Languages' Section. Hence, unless you are applying in Germany for Job, German won't help you much. Whereas, Computer language will boost you CV profile very much.
