Should I leave CA for CFA or do both? Is it worth spending 3 years extra as it will take 1.5 years to do CFA & 4.5 years to do CA+CFA?
I have keen interest in finance (share market, portfolio management).

There is no need to leave CA for CFA. CA will give you the best knowledge of market.
