Should I leave my job and pursue full-time MBA?
I am 26 years old. My salary package is 5 lakhs per annum. I have more than 2 years of work experience in an IT firm. I have completed BE in mechanical engineering. Currently, I am pursuing hybrid distance MBA from Welingkar. I have scored 84.12 percentile in CAT 2016.

You can go for an executive management programme if you have work experience of more than 3 years. There are some very good colleges offering Executive 1-year MBA. Great Lakes, Chennai require minimum 2 years of work experience, same goes with ISB Hyderabad, Welingkar Mumbai, KJ Somaiya, IIMs and SP Jain.
