Should I leave my job and pursue MBA or gain some work experience by working in TCS?

I want to pursue MBA in marketing from IIM. I have done electrical engineering and got placed in TCS. I scored 60% in engineering.

    It would be better to gain some work experience and then pursue MBA as it will give you a better growth in your career and also will help you in getting a middle or high-level management job easily. Also after gaining work experience of 2-years, you are eligible for E-MBA also. E-MBA is of 1-year and will be covering full management syllabus which will help you better in your career.
