Should I leave my job and pursue MBA or opt for MBA through correspondence?

I have scored 53 percentile in CAT exam. I have one-year of work experience in HR services at Amazon. I am currently working in Amazon and planning to quit my job to pursue MBA from a good B-School.

    Hi,
You can try for a better score next year so that you get into a good B-school. You may continue your job till then. Having a proper work experience will give you an edge during your course of study.
    All the best.

You should do it only if you get top 20 b-schools, otherwise there is no point. You must be in x salary now. And, after doing MBA, you must get x+ additional percentage to recover overall investment you are making. Considering the placement and average package you get, and the position, that may not be possible if you join any B school above top 20 rank. Rather, you should continue and try to get a right b- school.

You are advised to gain few more years of HR experience and then appear in XAT and CAT to MBA from top B-Schools such as XLRI Jamshedpur. MBA distance learning will not any much value to your career.
