Should I look for a job after B.Tech Aeronautical Engineering? Or should I pursue M.Tech in the same field?

If you can afford to study for 2 more years. M.Tech (especially from IITs/NITs) is recommended to get better technical roles in aeronautical sector. If you need to work immediately, gain 1-2 years of experience and then decide on higher studies.
