Should I mention about the year drop in the resume?
I am a final year BCA student. I have completed PUC in 2010.I have joined engineering but I dropped it because of health issues. I have 4 years of gap.

You do not need to mention the year gap in your resume. Based on your resume, if the interviewer asks about the year gap, then you should answer honestly.
