Should I mention my CGPA or fill class 12th percentage in the application form?

I have scored 7.5 CGPA and my 2028 marks in HSC. On converting my marks, I am getting 56%.

In my memo I have both marks and CGPA, presently AFCAT entrance exam asking percentage, so how should I have to place my %age, don't I have to convert my marks to percentage (2028/3600) or CGPA to percentage (7.5*10)?
