Should I necessarily write TOEFL or IELTS for my studies in UK or Australia?

I am currently doing my M.A. in philosophy. I am planning to pursue my M.A or MPhil in philosophy in universities in UK and Australia.I have been scoring an average of 83% (one more semester remaining).Can Eng proficiency requirement be waived as I have been studying in Eng medium of instruction?

Dear Vivek, No there is no need to write TOEFL or IELTS for Studies in UK or Australia, if you have Cambridge University BEC (Business English Certificate). You can take this course through by distance learning and British Council is the centre for Cambridge Exam. Around 80% Universities now
