Should I opt BCA and MCA or pursue Diploma in engineering and B.Tech in IT?

I will recommend B.Tech IT over MCA as you will have engineering subjects exposure which will help you do engineering & systems software development besides graduates application development. MCA graduates are generally employed in Apps development projects by IT industry.
