Should I opt for 1-year PG Diploma in HRM or pursue 2 years PG Diploma in HRM?
I have done BBA in HR and scored 7.4 CGPA. I have work experience of 1 year. I have done 1-year full-time PG Diploma in banking and insurance. I have done BBA in HRM.

2 years is a better choice, if you are not in a hurry because it will give you a good knowledge on management.
