Should I opt for 5-year integrated M.Tech or pursue 4-year B.Tech?

1. B.Tech is way better than M.Tech dual degree, if of course you have the innate passion to scale up to pursue a PhD later on. 2. If getting placed after dual degree is your main concern then you may be in trouble, since the chances and packages offered to dual is not at par with the standards you have in mind. It’s almost the same as of B.Tech. 3. This is in case of IT jobs, whereas in the core sector, dual degree will definitely give you the extra edge over B.Tech candidates. So decide this in the early phase of your career.
