If you are getting a better college like NIT and IIT or a ranked college then dual degree integrated course will be helpful but in case of normal ranked and local colleges take admission only in B.Tech so that in future you can take admission in a better college for M.Tech or may be MBA.

If you are interested in teaching field of your course then it is better to do integrated M.Tech. If you like to do jobs then just complete B.Tech and try for jobs.
