Should I opt for a Master's degree in a foreign university or pursue Ph.D?
I have done M.Tech in construction engineering and management from NIT. I scored 7.9 pointers in M.Tech and 66 percent marks in B.Tech. I scored 72 percent marks in class 10th and 71 percent marks in class 12th. I don't want to become a lecturer.

Hi Mahesh,
Since you already hold an M.Tech, doing another MS degree makes no sense at all, particularly, if you don't want to be a lecturer. Kindly, note that if you plan to pursue Ph.D. teaching or lectureship is compulsory at least for the initial stages in some countries and holding a Ph.D. means working towards research and development. Or, work for a few years, explore your interests and opt for an MBA. Know what you want and gradually decide what to study.
