Should I opt for a non-technical government job or wait for ECE job openings?
I scored 81 percent marks in B.Tech in ECE and 85 percent marks in class 12th.

You are advised to take multi prong approach such as continue search for job, apply for a government job, appear for GATE, try for MBA and do job oriented certifications or PG diplomas.
