Should I opt for B.Sc and M.Sc followed by M.Tech or pursue BS followed by M.Tech?
I am planning to pursue BS from IISER or Guwahati University.

IISER is the best over Guwahati University for pursuing BS + MS 5 years integrated courses. So go with IISER for BS+MS course.
