Should I opt for B.Sc in CS or pursue B.Sc in physics?

B.Sc in physics is a better choice. Computer application is taught in B.Tech in IT, CSE, BCA and MCA. Rest depends on your interest.

Try to choose the field in which you love to work and you have very much interest in it with curiosity, it will be very much beneficial to you than any other fields.
